Riverlights played host to UK New Artists at the end of April with works from some of the best up-and-coming artists from the New Artist Collective and the University of Derby Fine Art students.
Taking Place (People, Place and Practice) is a programme of creative commissions, interventions and ideas generation which will run in Derby from April to October 2024, developed and led by UKNA and the New Artist Collective #2.
Exhibitions across the launch weekend at Riverlights included ‘Old Walls, New Art’ from the University of Derby Fine Art students and a Curator’s Tour.
